WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Barolo Ornato 2019 undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a 30-day maceration period on the skins. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for approximately 30 months. The primary aging vessel is large Slavonian oak casks (botti), with a portion of the wine also spending the first 12 months in French oak barriques. This aging process is designed to mature the wine and integrate its components.
