WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are fermented and macerated in stainless steel for about three weeks at controlled temperatures, followed by a submerged cap maceration. Malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously in wood. The wine is then aged for 32 months in large Slavonian oak barrels or French oak tonneaux, followed by bottle aging.
