WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes for the Barolo Riserva Millenovecento48 are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 30-32°C, with skin maceration lasting approximately 7-10 days. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 24 months in French barriques, with a maximum of 20% new barrels, followed by 6 months in cement tanks. The wine is then aged in bottle for one year before its release. The winery adheres to sustainable, biodynamic, and organic viticulture practices.
