WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Barolo Serradenari Giulia Negri 2018 is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown on sandy soils with clay, loam, and marl at high altitudes. The vineyard is farmed using certified organic practices. Following harvest, the wine undergoes fermentation, likely in stainless steel, with extended maceration to develop its structure. It is then aged for 30 months in large, 25-hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels. This aging process is designed to allow for slow maturation and integration of the wine's components.
