WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Barolo Vignarionda begins with hand-harvested and manually selected Nebbiolo grapes. Destemmed and crushed fruit undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks with natural yeasts for approximately three weeks, including maceration on skins. Malolactic fermentation takes place in wood. The wine is then aged in oak casks for an average of 32 months, allowing for development and integration of its components. Production is limited, with an average annual output of 3,400 bottles.
