Baron Amarillo Rías Baixas Albariño

The winemaking process focuses on preserving the vibrant primary fruit and crisp Atlantic acidity of the Albariño grape. Grapes are harvested from mature vines averaging 20 to 25 years old, which are trained on traditional pergolas and trellises to maximize air circulation in the damp Galician climate. Following a careful selection, the juice undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is kept on its fine lees for a short period to add subtle texture and roundness before stabilization and bottling.
