WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Baron de Ley Reserva 2020 is produced using grapes sourced from vineyards located at an altitude of 400 meters. The grapes are hand-harvested and manually selected. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for a minimum of 20 months in new American oak barrels, followed by at least 24 months of bottle aging. This extended aging process is a key element of the winery's traditional approach to producing Reserva wines.
