WINE MAKING PROCESS
The production of Baron de Ley Reserva begins with a manual harvest and a rigorous second selection of grapes at the winery. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to manage extraction and preserve aromatics. The wine then undergoes an extensive aging regimen: at least 20 months in American oak casks, followed by a further 24 months of bottle aging before release. This process is designed to create a well-structured, complex, and balanced Rioja Reserva.
