WINE MAKING PROCESS
Baron Nathaniel is produced using traditional Bordeaux winemaking methods. Grapes undergo alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures (25-30°C) with a maceration period of around fifteen days. Malolactic fermentation is conducted in barrels to enhance the wine's body. The wine is then aged, with periods ranging from eight months partially in wood to 12 months in oak barrels, contributing to its structure and complexity.
