WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for the Norton Barrel Select Malbec begins with hand-picked grapes. A four-day cold maceration precedes fermentation, which occurs over three weeks at controlled temperatures of 24-26°C. Following fermentation, 30% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for six months, while the remaining 70% is aged with French oak staves for the same period. This method aims to develop the wine's character and structure.
