WINE MAKING PROCESS
Crafted using a specialized dry fermentation process where selected yeasts fully convert natural grape sugars into alcohol, resulting in a wine with zero grams of sugar per serving (approximately 3 g/L residual sugar). The wine is fermented and aged primarily in stainless steel tanks to preserve its bright, fruit-forward character. Subtle oak influence is introduced via alternative oak contact rather than traditional barrel aging, maintaining a soft, approachable structure.
