WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Becquer Blanco Reserva 2019 is produced by Bodegas Escudero using Viura and Chardonnay grapes from old vines. Fermentation occurs in oak barrels, preceded by a controlled dose of oxygen to manage oxidation. The wine is then aged for 12 months in a combination of new American and French oak barrels. This process is guided by the winery's philosophy of individualized vineyard care to express unique plot characteristics.
