WINE MAKING PROCESS
The production of BelColle Langhe Rosato involves the soft crushing of Nebbiolo grapes, followed by a short maceration period of approximately six hours to achieve the desired rosy color. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats under controlled temperatures. Following fermentation, the wine is typically aged in stainless steel tanks until bottling, a process designed to maintain its freshness and primary fruit characteristics.
