WINE MAKING PROCESS
Belsazar White Vermouth begins with high-quality white wines from the Baden region. This base wine is fortified with fruit eau de vie and brandy that has been matured in oak barrels. Grape must from the Black Forest is incorporated for sweetness. A proprietary blend of botanicals, notably including wormwood, is infused and macerated in stoneware vessels or large containers, and then aged in stoneware or neutral stone casks for up to three months.
