WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Berncasteler Doctor Riesling Trocken is made from 100% Riesling grapes. The grapes are handpicked and carefully selected. Fermentation is spontaneous, utilizing natural yeasts and occurring in Fuder (large oak casks). The wine is then aged for several months on its lees in Fuder. The producer employs sustainable, organic, and biodynamic farming practices, holding a Fair Choice label.
