WINE MAKING PROCESS
BiancaVigna Rive di Ogliano 2023 is produced using the Charmat method. The process begins with a soft pressing of the Glera grapes, followed by static decantation and fermentation at controlled temperatures. The secondary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks (autoclaves) for approximately 120 days, utilizing selected indigenous yeasts. The wine is then refined in stainless steel tanks, remaining in contact with fine lees to develop its texture and complexity, before a final refinement period of about three months in the bottle.
