WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Renaissance White is produced using grapes from biodynamically and organically farmed vineyards. The winemaking process emphasizes natural methods, including spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes 12 months of aging in oak barrels. The winery's philosophy is rooted in minimal intervention, with a focus on sustainability and expressing the unique character of the Ukrainian terroir. Many of their wines, including this one, are bottled with minimal or no filtration.
