WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Conti Ducco Blanc de Blancs 2020 is produced using the traditional method. Primary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperatures, with a possibility of partial fermentation in French barriques. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes an extensive aging period of 48 months in the bottle on its lees. This extended maturation is a key characteristic of the winemaking process, contributing to the wine's complexity and structure.
