WINE MAKING PROCESS
Château Soucherie Blanc Ivoire 2020 is produced from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes harvested manually and collected in 25kg crates. The winemaking process involves slow and gentle sequential pneumatic pressing. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in 500-liter barrels, with 20-25% new oak used. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in barrels for 12 months without racking. The vineyard is managed organically, with treatments using copper sulfate and annual plowing.
