WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Leth Blauer Zweigelt Klassik begins with hand-harvested, carefully selected destemmed grapes. Fermentation occurs at 28°C for 10-12 days using selected native yeasts, with brief skin contact to maintain fruit character. Malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by maturation in stainless steel tanks for 12 to 15 months. The wine is bottled without filtration. The winery adheres to sustainable viticulture practices, including a long history of avoiding herbicides and insecticides, and has achieved bio certification.
