ABOUT THIS WINE
Graham's Blend No. 5 White Port is a non-vintage fortified wine from Portugal's Douro Valley, produced by the historic Graham's Port house, now owned by the Symington family. It is crafted primarily from Malvasia Fina and Moscatel Gallego grapes. The wine is distinguished by its fresh, aromatic profile and its intentional design for modern palates and versatile use, including as a mixer. This approach represents a departure from more traditional, aged white Ports, aiming to introduce new consumers to the category.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
Graham's Blend No. 5 White Port is produced using Malvasia Fina and Moscatel Gallego grapes from the Douro Valley. The winemaking process involves cold fermentation in small batches, with fermentation halted by the addition of grape alcohol (Aguardente) to achieve a specific sugar level. To preserve its fresh, fruit-forward character, the wine is bottled only three months after harvest and is sold unaged. The grapes are hand-picked as part of the production method.
