WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Bobal Rosé Bodegas Aessir 2022 is produced using 100% Bobal grapes. A distinctive technique involves a very short maceration period of just three hours, which is key to achieving the wine's pale color and delicate profile. Following maceration, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks. The grapes are sourced from vines over 70 years old, grown at an altitude of 969 meters in a dry continental Mediterranean climate. Organic farming practices are employed throughout the vineyard management. The total production volume is 40,000 liters.
