WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Bodegas Lanzaga LZ 2022 is produced using a co-fermentation process where Tempranillo, Graciano, and Garnacha grapes are fermented together with indigenous yeasts in small concrete tanks. After fermentation, the wine ages for 6-7 months in concrete tanks. This winemaking approach deliberately excludes oak aging to preserve the natural character of the fruit and the vineyard's expression. The grapes are sourced from estate plots around Lanciego, farmed using organic and biodynamic methods.
