WINE MAKING PROCESS
Bodegas Roda Cirsion 2018 is produced through a process of meticulous grape selection from old vines. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled French oak vats. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for eight months in 100% new French oak barrels. The wine is then clarified using egg whites before bottling. The production volume for the 2018 vintage was 10,200 bottles.
