ABOUT THIS WINE
The Boërl & Kroff Cuvée Sélectionnée Brut Rosé is a Champagne produced by Maison Drappier, a family-owned winery established in 1808 in Urville. The Boërl & Kroff brand, conceived in 1995, represents a dedication to exclusivity and artisanal quality, with select berries vinified separately. Drappier is recognized for its pioneering organic and natural winemaking practices, being the largest organic vineyard holder in Champagne and the first carbon-neutral estate in the region. The vineyards are primarily situated on Kimmeridgian Jurassic soils. This particular bottling is a Non-Vintage (NV) Brut Rosé Champagne.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Boërl & Kroff Cuvée Sélectionnée Brut Rosé is produced using a distinctive three-day maceration process to achieve its color, rather than blending in red wine. Vinification occurs in stainless steel vats and is managed using gravity to preserve freshness and minimize oxygen contact. The juice is sourced from the first pressing. The wine undergoes fermentation in oak barrels and is aged on its lees for typically 2-3 years. Drappier employs low sulfite levels throughout their winemaking. The liqueurs d'expédition are aged for over a decade.
