WINE MAKING PROCESS
Ljungbyholms Vingård Bolero Solera is produced using a multi-vintage blending technique known as the Solera method. The process begins with a base wine made from Rondo grapes, harvested in early October. This base wine undergoes fermentation and is then aged for six months in oak barrels. Subsequently, it is blended with portions from four preceding vintages, creating a wine with a consistent and complex profile. The aging in oak barrels imparts a distinct character to the wine.
