WINE MAKING PROCESS
Bordiga Vermouth di Torino Bianco is produced using a blend of Piedmontese white wines, including Moscato, Cortese, and Trebbiano. Sugar is added to the wine base. Botanicals are macerated individually in triple-distilled grain alcohol and then distilled. The production process involves meticulous selection and maceration of botanicals, with infusions and distillations managed in-house. Following bottling, the vermouth undergoes a resting period of at least 15-20 days in Bordiga cellars at a controlled temperature of around 15°C.
