ABOUT THIS WINE
Borgo Bella is a dedicated kosher label produced by the historic Piedmontese winery Giordano Vini S.p.A. In 2001, Giordano expanded its operations into the sun-drenched southern region of Puglia, establishing a state-of-the-art winemaking facility. This Cabernet Sauvignon represents a fascinating stylistic bridge, combining northern Italian technical precision with the rich, sun-baked warmth of Puglia's terroir. Crafted specifically to provide the global kosher market with high-quality, authentic daily-drinking Italian wines, this bottle showcases how international varieties adapt beautifully to the maritime-influenced climate of southern Italy.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are sourced from estate-managed and partner vineyards across the clay-limestone hills of Puglia. After a careful harvest, the fruit is processed at Giordano Vini's gravity-assisted cellar in Torricella. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve the vibrant primary fruit characteristics of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 7 months in French oak barrels to integrate structure and impart sweet spice notes. The entire process is strictly certified Kosher for Passover and Mevushal under the supervision of the Orthodox Union, utilizing mineral-based bentonite clay for fining instead of animal-derived agents.
