WINE MAKING PROCESS
BorgoFulvia Spumante Rosé is produced using the Charmat Method, also known as the Charmat-Longo method. This involves a second fermentation in pressurized tanks (autoclaves) to create its effervescence. The grapes undergo soft pressing, and the wine ferments with selected yeasts at temperatures between 16-18°C. Following the secondary fermentation, the wine has contact with its lees, which contributes to its persistent and elegant sparkle. The residual sugar level is 12 g/l, classifying it as Brut.
