Born Rosé Barcelona 2020 utilizes cold film maceration to extract color and aromas, followed by gentle pressing to achieve a maximum 50% yield. The must is fermented at controlled temperatures, with a portion of the fermentation occurring in barrels. The wine then undergoes a twelve-month aging period in barrel. The grapes are organically grown, reflecting a commitment to sustainable viticulture.
