The name "Les Sentinels" honors the prominent rocky landmarks of the area, with the wine being a selection from old vines. Vignerons des Terres Secrètes, a cooperative, is committed to sustainable practices and a deep respect for their land. The 2022 vintage benefited from a warm, dry season, resulting in a balanced wine. The vines for this cuvée are at least 45 years old and grow in clay and limestone soils at the foot of the Solutré and Vergisson spurs.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Bourgogne Chardonnay Les Sentinelles is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Fermentation is primarily carried out in stainless steel tanks. A significant portion, around 85%, of the wine is then aged for six to eight months in oak barrels. Mechanical harvesting is used. Vignerons des Terres Secrètes emphasizes sustainable development and environmental preservation in their practices.
