ABOUT THIS WINE

The 'Les Ursulines' cuvée is positioned as an introductory yet complete expression of Burgundy.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
Grapes for Jean-Claude Boisset Bourgogne Pinot Noir Les Ursulines 2023 are hand-harvested and sorted before being destemmed and gravity-fed into tanks. Maceration lasts about twenty days, with extraction achieved through punching down and pumping over. The wine ages for six months on lees without racking. A portion of the wine is aged in 10% new French oak barrels, toasted at low temperatures. Bottling occurs in April 2024.
