WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for this Bourgogne Pinot Noir begins with meticulous sorting of grapes in both the vineyard and at the winery. The grapes are then pressed whole bunch using a vertical press. Alcoholic fermentation commences in vats and concludes in barrels. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 16 months in barrels, with an additional two months spent maturing in vats. The domaine's viticultural practices are rooted in organic and biodynamic principles.
