WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Bovio Langhe Nebbiolo Firagnetti 2021 is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for 8-10 days, with regular over-pumping for color and tannin extraction. Malolactic fermentation follows. The wine is then aged for 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. The estate utilizes conventional farming methods.
