ABOUT THIS WINE
Bradisismo is a landmark red wine from the Inama estate, located in the unique volcanic and limestone hills of Colli Berici in Veneto, Italy. The name refers to the bradyseism geological movement that formed these ancient hills. Inama, widely recognized for championing the Garganega grape in Soave, also pioneered the revival of Carmenere and Cabernet varieties in this lesser-known red wine appellation. This wine represents a harmonious marriage of Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenere, thriving on the iron-rich clay and limestone soils of the region.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are hand-harvested in small 15 kg crates. After destemming, alcoholic fermentation and skin maceration take place in temperature-controlled vertical stainless steel vats for 23 to 28 days. Malolactic fermentation is completed in stainless steel. The wine is then aged for 12 months in French oak barriques (approximately 41% new and 59% once-used). After blending, the wine rests for an additional 4 months in stainless steel before a gentle filtration and bottling.
