WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness. After gentle pressing, the juice undergoes fermentation. A significant portion of the blend is fermented and aged in French oak barrels with regular bâtonnage (lees stirring) for several months to build texture, complexity, and integration. The remaining portion is kept in stainless steel to preserve the fresh, vibrant fruit characteristics of the Arinto and Fernão Pires grapes before final blending and bottling.
