Brännland iscider P.LEX 2018 is an ice cider produced by Brännland Iscider, a Swedish producer focused on utilizing the natural cold of northern Sweden for apple concentration. The producer, located in Vännäs, Västerbotten County, is one of the world's northernmost wine producers and is actively developing orchards to establish a unique northern Swedish wine terroir. This particular bottling, P.LEX, is a collaborative effort with artist Petter Alexis. The 2018 vintage is noted as being from an exceptional year with good aging potential.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
Brännland iscider P.LEX 2018 is produced by concentrating 100% Swedish apple must through natural winter cold. The concentrated must is then gently fermented in the spring. Following fermentation, the ice cider is aged for 60 months in 500-liter Transylvanian oak barrels. Brännland Iscider follows production rules that prohibit the use of additives.
