WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes for Brezo are harvested from selected vineyards in Mendoza. Each variety—Syrah, Merlot, and Tempranillo—is vinified separately to preserve its unique characteristics. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to retain fresh fruit flavors. After fermentation, the wines are blended and undergo a short aging period in stainless steel and neutral vessels before bottling to maintain a vibrant, fruit-forward profile.
