WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Brolio 2022 is produced using grapes from vineyards situated at varying altitudes. Following harvest, fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for 14-16 days with extended skin contact. The wine then undergoes an aging process of 9 months in oak barrels, typically tonneaux of second or third passage, or large, old oak barrels. This approach aims to craft a wine that reflects the characteristics of its origin.
