WINE MAKING PROCESS
The production of Masi Brolo Campofiorin Oro 2021 involves a unique double fermentation process. Grapes are first vinified for twenty-five days at controlled temperatures. Subsequently, 30% of lightly dried Corvina grapes are introduced, initiating a second fifteen-day fermentation. This is followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine then undergoes an aging period of twenty-four months in 600-liter barrels, composed of 70% French (Allier) oak and 30% Slavonian oak.
