WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Pedroncelli 'Brother's Mark' Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is produced using estate fruit from the northern end of Dry Creek Valley. The wine is a blend of 79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc, and 4% Petit Verdot. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes an aging period of 10 to 12 months in French oak barrels, with 30% of these barrels being new. Pedroncelli Winery is committed to sustainable winegrowing practices, which include efforts to reduce water usage, enhance soil health, and protect the vineyard ecosystem.
