WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for this Brunello di Montalcino begins with gentle crushing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 25-30 days at 24°C, followed by 15-20 days of maceration on the skins to build structure. Malolactic fermentation takes place in steel tanks. The wine is then aged for a minimum of two years in 5500-liter Slavonian oak barrels, followed by 4-6 months of bottle aging before release.
