WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Tenute Silvio Nardi Brunello di Montalcino 2018 involves traditional methods. Grapes are handpicked and sorted. Fermentation and maceration last for at least 24 days at controlled temperatures. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barriques, followed by 18 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. Some cru bottlings may have slightly different aging regimens. The wine is then bottle-aged before release.
