WINE MAKING PROCESS
Deutz Brut Classic is produced using only the first pressing of grapes, known as the cuvée. Each plot is vinified separately in small tanks, and malo-lactic fermentation is utilized. The wine undergoes aging on its lees for approximately three years, followed by further maturation in chalk cellars. A significant proportion of reserve wines from previous vintages, typically between 20% and 40%, are blended in to ensure consistency and add complexity to the final cuvée.
