WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Pere Seda Brut Nature 2017 is a sparkling white wine produced using advanced systems influenced by family tradition. The grapes are harvested early in the morning to maintain freshness. The wine undergoes a second fermentation, typical of sparkling wines, which develops its effervescence. As a Brut Nature, it is characterized by the absence of added sugar after this secondary fermentation, resulting in a very dry profile. The winery employs sustainable and integrated production practices, respecting the natural environment. Pere Seda was also the first winery in Mallorca to utilize dry ice in the processing of Prensal Blanc grapes for white wine production.
