WINE MAKING PROCESS
The 2022 Buçaco Branco Reservado is crafted using traditional winemaking techniques. Grapes from the Dão and Bairrada regions are fermented in new 300-liter French oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation also takes place. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for one year in these same new oak barrels. This meticulous process, largely unchanged since the wine's inception, is designed to produce an elegant and age-worthy white wine.
