WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes for the Buti' Nages Blanc are sourced from younger vines and are managed with meticulous attention. Vineyard practices include east-facing leaf removal, manual shoot and bunch thinning, and crop load adjustment. Harvest occurs at the beginning of maturity to retain acidity. Vinification involves fermentation with selected yeasts at 14-16°C for 21 days. The wine is then aged on its fine lees in cement tanks with stirring for 3 months.
