C. Marey & Cte Liger-Belair Bourgogne Aligoté

The winemaking process follows strict biodynamic standards. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo rigorous sorting before a gentle pressing. Fermentation is carried out using only indigenous yeasts to preserve the natural terroir. The wine is aged in seasoned, neutral French oak barrels in the cool cellars of Vosne-Romanée, adding texture and roundness without imparting oak flavors. To maintain its raw energy and natural texture, the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur dioxide.
