WINE MAKING PROCESS
Ca' di Pian Magnum La Spinetta 2021 is produced from 100% Barbera grapes. The harvest typically occurs in late September to early October. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for 9 to 15 days. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in used French oak barrels. The wine is then aged for 12 to 13 months in used French oak barrels. Production volumes are around 70,000 to 80,000 bottles annually.
