WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Cabriz Reserva Branco is produced through fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures for about 15 days. Post-fermentation, it ages for approximately 4 months in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by a 2-month maturation period in new oak barrels, during which batonnage is employed. The wine then undergoes a further 3 months of bottle aging before release. Some sources indicate aging in large wooden barrels and French oak barrels.
